Do you ship worldwide?
As of now, we only ship within the city limits of Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from the UAE, ensuring that each order is packaged and sent out with care.

What is the shipping time?
Orders typically arrive within 2 to 8 days, depending on your location in Sharjah, Dubai, or Abu Dhabi.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our facility. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays or sale events. We process orders between Monday and Friday, and they are shipped the following day after processing, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any related information. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the returned item or your cancellation request. If you haven't received the refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company for more details on processing times.
